Whether you’re interested in updating or extending your property to give you more habitable space we provide a complete architectural design service. We can offer guidance and advice on planning applications and building control, produce architectural drawings and work with you using our state-of-the-art design software for creative space planning.
Pre-purchase advice
If you are looking to buy a property but would like to discuss any aspirations or worries you may have, we can help. We are happy to visit the property and discuss what may or may not be possible based on the information provided and available.
Pre-application advice
This service is typically recommended for projects located in sensitive or constrained areas, or for proposals that seek to explore more ambitious design solutions. It involves an initial meeting with a planning officer to review your concept and receive early feedback before submitting a formal application. We’ll assess early on whether this step is advisable for your project and guide you accordingly.
Planning or Permitted Development applications
We’re proud to have a strong track record of successful planning approvals, thanks to our in-depth knowledge of both the Planning and Permitted Development processes across local councils. From the outset, we’ll help determine whether your project requires Planning Permission or qualifies under Permitted Development. We take the time to understand your current space—what’s working, what isn’t—and, most importantly, to listen to your needs and aspirations for your home.
