Description:
We were delighted to be invited back by these wonderful clients for a second project—this time to extend and completely redesign their new home, inside and out. The result is a thoughtfully planned and architecturally striking renovation.
The brief was to reconfigure both floors to create a more spacious, light-filled interior with improved flow—and, of course, to deliver that all-important 'wow' factor. Achieving this while being mindful of neighbouring properties and their rights to light was a key part of the process. We worked carefully to strike the right balance between design ambition and sensitivity to the surrounding context.
We’re proud to share that the planning application was approved this year, with no objections from neighbours or the council. We are so excited to see the transformation take shape as building work begins soon.
