The clients wanted a larger kitchen with a utility room and dining area. The best solution was a wrap around extension as it used up a side alleyway which was rarely used due to there being another entrance into the garden and a small area of the garden which lead to a larger part. This new area in front of the proposed extension was then going to be turned into an attractive patio area with bi-fold doors opening out onto it.
