Km Creations were appointed to create a self contained unit so the client’s mother could have her own space but still have the comfort and security of being attached to the main house with internal access.

 

This unit needed to have one bedroom with an en-suite shower room, separate W.C, one kitchen and a living area.

 

To gain the space required for this development we had to demolish the garage and change the landscape to create enough parking for 4-5 cars on the driveway.
