Change of use from an office block to apartments with a double storey side extension.

Currently a large commercial building, the brief was to convert the office space into apartments to rent or sell in a high demand area. An additional apartment was to be incorporated into the new side extension making three good size apartments in total.
The exterior facade of the existing building was going to remain the same so the challenge was to design each apartment so all the rooms had a window for light and ventilation but not compromise the design, a challenge we succeeded in.
